Resistance bands, springs, and weights may be added, Classes can be vigorous. Classes are designed for Adults who are physically fit and exercise in between classes. This class assumes you exercise regularly. No Medical or Health concerns.

Ageless Physically Active Adults
For students of all ages who are new to the studio or those wanting a slower paced class. Basic standing, seated, twisting and forward bends are practiced, often with support. This class assumes you are physically fit, exercise regularly, and have no health concerns. Progress at your own rate. Designed for physically active adults. No Medical or Health concerns.

Advanced (Level 2+) Prerequisite: Experience in Sirsasana
For continuing strong physically fit students. Classes are vigorous and require a good an understanding of Level 2 asanas. Sirsasana and Sarvangasana variations are taught. Enrolled students must practice at home to keep up with class pace. This class assumes you are physically fit and exercise regularly. No Medical or Health concerns.

Experienced Beginners (Level I & 2) Experience in Sarvangasana
Strong standing asanas, complex seated asanas and inversions are offered in this class. Resistance bands, springs, and weights may be added, Classes are vigorous, Sirsasana and Sarvangasana are taught. Class assumes you are physically fit, exercise regularly, and have no medical, health, or mental conditions. |
