Please read the class descriptions, they will aid in your class decision. Choose the best time of week for you so you can attend every week. It is best if you do not skip a class. Every class will have information built into it from the prior week. Make-up classes with permission, please.

Ageless: No prerequisite
For students who are new to yoga, or want a slower paced class. Classic yogic postures and breathing instruction given with more support than in other classes. Progress at your own rate. Though this is a slower paced class, participants are in good health. No Medical or Health concerns.
Level I-2: Prerequisite: 2 years Iyengar Yoga
For Continuing Yoga students. Classes are vigorous and require a good an understanding of Level I asanas. Sirsasana, headstand, is taught. It is advisable for enrolled students to practice at home to keep up with
class pace. No Medical or Health concerns.
Level I : No prerequisite
Learn the basic fundamentals of yoga asanas & yoga philosophy. Shoulderstand is introduced.
Plan to repeat before moving into Level 1-2.
Classes are vigorous. No Medical or Health concerns.
Enjoy the many benefits of practicing yoga on a weekly basis. How to practice at home is taught.
Level 2-3: Prerequisite: 3 years Iyengar Yoga
Advanced students only. Students must practice at home to keep up with the challenges of class. Complex Inversions and backbends are taught. Students are comfortable with practicing sirsasana & sarvangasana. Enroll with permission, please!
